Community Service Team
Community Service Managers are responsible for all maintenance aspects of the Community, supervising and directing the service personnel in a technical and professional manner to ensure excellent maintenance inside and outside of the Community including curb appeal, service requests, apartment turnover, and preventive maintenance. They also coordinate outside contractors and vendors and create good relationships with Members and work within budget guidelines according to the company standards and goals. Community Service Technicians assist with maintenance and installation projects. They maintain buildings by performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities including HVAC maintenance and repair and are responsible for monitoring and completing Community work orders. As part of the Community Service Team, Groundskeepers provide ground maintenance, such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds, raking and disposing of leaves and refuse, as well as any other duties necessary to maintain the Community. As part of the Community Service Team, the Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the appearance of model apartment homes, vacant units and other common areas including the Community office & kitchen area as well as cleaning apartment homes after move-outs and preparing them for new Members.
