At most apartment complexes, your choices are extremely limited or absent entirely: all of the units have the same carpet, the same paint on the walls, and the same, basic applicances and cabinetry. People think that, to live in the home they want, they need to buy a condo or a house. And on top of that, they know they would have to pay large sums of money up front to enjoy the upgraded living experience of stainless steel appliances, hard surface countertops, media rooms with built-in surround sound, or upgraded bathroom amenities like steam showers or jetted tubs.

At Avistelé, we offer a compelling alternative to the hassles and risks of homeownership with these personalized offerings: Custom Painting from our designer palettes, and Cachet Upgrades. These options are discussed below.

Custom Painting
First, we are pleased to offer custom painting of your home from our palette of designer colors. Our apartment homes feature the Standard Home Palette colors shown at left.

Legacy, Classic and Cachet refer to the level of upgrade being chosen. All Avistelé colors are from Sherwin-Williams.

Here's where the personalization comes in. New Members may opt for one of two options: Accent Wall/Room or Complete Home Option.

The first option is for the Member to choose a color from our Accent Color Palette to paint either one wall anywhere in the home, or one room anywhere in the home.

As an alternative, the Member can opt to choose one color from our Complete Home Palette for their entire home.

Both custom palettes are shown below.

Cachet Upgrades
Second, our Members can choose from a wide variety of Cachet Upgrades, including designer upgrades for every room in the home. Our Cachet upgrades include a variety of premium flooring, hard surface countertops, in-wall surround sound media rooms, steam showers, jetted tubs, lighting and closet organizer packages and more. With a wide variety of options, you can live in your dream home without the up-front costs, long-term commitment and maintenance hassles of owning and upgrading a house. Cachet amenities can be added in packages or a la carte, and all at an affordable premium to your monthly Membership Fees.
