Each Avistelé community is a story of redemption: redeeming the land, the buildings, the services, and the community spirit. This transformation involves enhancing the physical landscape and improving the buildings through a process we call revitalization.

While we are revitalizing the community, it is not yet referred to as an Avistelé community. To be certified as an Avistelé Lifestyle Community requires:

• Meeting high standards of physical appearance
• Energetic delivery of Avistelé standard services, amenities and upgrades
• The proliferation of community groups

Each of these take time to develop. During the interim period, we refer to these communities as Aspiring to Avistelé.

At the same time revitalization is underway, we are also setting up the other hallmarks of the Avistelé experience: establishing lifestyle services and fostering community groups. We coordinate with area vendors to provide customized Avistelé Lifestyle Services for our Members with 100% satisfaction guarantees.

We also engage our Members to understand and appreciate their special interests, which leads to the development of book clubs, game nights, cooking classes, sports clubs, travel clubs, volunteering opportunities, religious study groups and similar interest groups. When our Members join together to pursue common interests, lifelong friendships can take root. Of course, we are also happy to provide meeting space and other support to our community groups so they can thrive.

As the physical transformation comes to a close, each community is allowed the opportunity to certify as an Avistelé Lifestyle Community. Once successful, the community is renamed in an official ribbon cutting ceremony.
