At Avistelé, we feel it’s so important for our Members to feel at home that we offer a variety of exciting ways to make each home expressive of the Member’s individual tastes and preferences. Prior to your move into the Community, we work closely with you to make sure your home is prepared to your choosing with the many customization options Avistelé offers.
Wall Color
Avistelé offers custom painting of your Home from a palette of Sherwin-Williams designer colors. New Members may opt for either the Accent Wall (choose a color from our Accent Color Palette to paint one wall anywhere in the home) or the Complete Home Option (choose one color from our Complete Home Palette for the entire home).
If you desire, we gladly will paint several different colors for a nominal one-time upgrade charge.
Designer Home Upgrades
Members can choose from a wide variety of Cachet Upgrades, including designer upgrades for every room in the home. Our Cachet upgrades include a variety of premium flooring, hard-surface countertops, in-wall surround sound media rooms, steam showers, jetted tubs, lighting and closet organizer packages and more.
Cachet amenities can be added in packages or á la carte and all at an affordable premium to monthly Membership Fees. Members will find that each Avistelé Community offers a variety of appointments within the floor plans to match any budget, with or without customized upgrade packages.
