Striving for Excellence
At Avistelé, we strive for excellence in all that we do. We highly value the feedback of our Members as their input helps us provide better service and fashion stronger relationships.
As each new Member moves into their Home and as service requests are completed for current Members, we offer them a survey allowing them to provide their thoughts and feedback. We encourage honesty on the Members’ part as we desire to better their Community and mold it into a place they can truly call Home. We use the results of each survey to continuously improve our service as we strive for a score of five on each survey.
Avistelé sends a survey to each new Member after they move into their new Home to ensure that the Home is clean, all of the appliances work properly, and that we accommodate the Member in every way possible. We also send our Members a survey after each service request is completed. This is to ensure that the work is done quickly, efficiently, and to the Member’s satisfaction. The surveys are rated on a scale of one to five with a five being the highest rating. Here is an average of the scores that Avistelé has received in the year 2010 for both Move-In Satisfaction and Service Request Satisfaction.
