RenaissancePG established Avistelé Lifestyle Communities in 2005 with a unique urgency to help change our world through community-building – and to accomplish that purpose with a whole new concept in housing.
Howard Primer, RenaissancePG’s founder and CEO, articulated the vision for Avistelé in 2002. Before a Community can become certified as an Avistelé Lifestyle Community, everything – the land, the buildings and the community spirit – must undergo a full transformation that achieves the Avistelé standard.
Today, RenaissancePG manages four Avistelé Apartment Communities in Roswell and Sandy Springs, Georgia; and Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, with plans to continue expanding Avistelé Lifestyle Communities to other parts of the world.
