At each Avistelé Community, there is at least one Lifestyle Planner whose specific job description is to coordinate the individual needs of Members on a daily basis – always with a friendly, flexible, can-do spirit. Each Avistelé Community’s full-time Lifestyle Planner will help reduce the time and stress of many routine personal and household tasks, so that you can rediscover the things in life that are most important to you. No other multifamily housing company offers the services of a person at each of its apartment communities, completely dedicated to serve the people who live there.

First is our renovated Community Center, which features a spacious meeting space, complete with full-sized kitchen, media room with surround sound, and elegant furnishings for group gatherings. The Community Centers make an ideal location for family or company events, a meeting place for community groups, or just a comfortable spot to watch a movie.
A second Avistelé standard feature is our Avistelé Suite™, a designer-appointed, fully furnished two-bedroom home set aside for our Members and their visiting guests. Let us handle the hassle of preparing for and cleaning up after guests, while you enjoy the convenience of having them just a few steps away from your door.
