To the Team at Avistelé Lifestyle Communities, words matter. After all, only the right words can describe the personal and genuine relationship-building process that achieves our mission and makes our Communities uniquely Avistelé.
For example, other companies manage “apartment complexes,” occupied by “tenants,” with community-focused interactions that don’t go much further than collecting “rent.”
At Avistelé, the way we communicate and the words we use are reflective of our values. And to us, those values start with our Members – with a capital M, signifying the respect with which we hold those relationships.
Rather than tenants living on a property, our Members belong to a Community – a place where individuals interact with one another, share common interests and should always experience a sense of belonging.
Because we encourage our Members to customize their living space to reflect their tastes and passions, our apartments quickly become our Members’ homes, so that’s what we call them.
Your monthly Membership Fee includes the cost of your home, related utilities, plus any premium lifestyle services you selected during the previous month. Your Membership Agreement acts as the lease you're used to seeing, but the emphasis at Avistelé is always on the Member and belonging to a Community.
Avistelé's Meaning of "Home"
At Avistelé, we define "home" as a place of personal sanctuary, in surroundings that are of greatest meaning in our Members' lives. One's home provides the setting of lifelong memories built with cherished loved ones and dear friends, as well as a peaceful respite from the demands of everyday life, where personal rest and reflection can take place that enable a healthy body, mind and spirit. An Avistelé custom apartment home also exists in the larger setting of a vibrant Community – where others value and appreciate the meaning of Home.
